I CARN'T RAVE ENOUGH ABOUT THIS BAG,IT HOLDS SO MUCH STUFF,MY ONLY GRIPP IS THE HANDLES COULD HAVE BEEN A BIT LONGER,SO I COULD HAVE PUT IT ON MY SHOULDER,OTHER WISE ITS A GREAT BAG.

really really prompt service. came within 2 days of ordering even though i was told it would take 3-5 working days.
bag appears smaller than i expected which was a bit dissapointing, however once i put my belongings inside i found that i could fit everything i needed in it. (somewhat like the tardis.) this was good since i was going to a friends for a few days and needed a bag big enough to hold my clothes and such.
only downside (and this is being picky) was that i was not informed when the bag had been dispatched so i wasn't sure whether it would come on time, more information about the delivery status needed.
otherwise very pleased with this product.

I was pleased with the bag initially but was very disappointed at the quality of the lining. It split within 48 hours and I had hardly any of my usual possessions in there. Pity as the bag looked and felt lovely. Unfortunately the lining was too thin, rather like a cheap silk.

nice bag for the price ~ can't really call it a shoulder bag as the handles are not long enough to sit comfortably on my shoulder.
